ROOM RESERVATIONS

If you would like to reserve a room, please fill out this form.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Room request must be made in advance! (AT LEAST a week in advance.)

  • Reservations are made as a “first come, first served” basis.
    However, it can be change when there are church-wide events.

  • The office may assign a different room when the requested room is NOT available.

  • Food containing broth/liquid is not allowed, except for water.

AFTER USAGE

  • All furniture (tables & chairs) should be moved back to it’s original state.

  • Clean up the room and throw away all your trash in the blue dumpster outside after all meetings.

  • Turn off the lights as you are finished using the room(s).

  • If you borrowed anything, please return all rental equipment back.
